JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We offer part-time employment as a basis. This means that the number of working hours per week may vary.

We now welcome service employees to Helsingborg. The work takes place in a hospital environment. In the role of service employee at the emergency department, your work is to facilitate for the care, the care should spend all its time on patients and you as a service host take care of everything around that is not in direct contact with the patient. As a service host, you pick up beds, make beds, and clean beds. Additionally, it includes preparing and serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner to patients. You also replenish supplies, order food and groceries. To some extent, performing cleaning duties is also included.

As we operate around the clock, Monday to Sunday, working hours may involve day, evening, night, and weekend shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is at least 18 years old and has good computer skills. The position requires that you have very good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.

The work is independent and therefore places high demands on initiative and responsibility. Working in a hospital environment also places great demands on accuracy and humility, as you will be in an environment where people are particularly vulnerable. A good reception and a high level of service are crucial for the patient's hospital stay, therefore we see that you are positive and accommodating. You are passionate about delivering high service and want to help create a good and pleasant care environment for patients in Skåne. Great emphasis will also be placed on personal suitability.
